<h1>Fractional Growth Marketer (Contract)</h1><p><strong>B2B Pipeline &amp; Outbound Growth Operator | 60-90 Day Engagement</strong></p><h2>Overview</h2><p>We're a national B2B services company looking for a <strong>hands-on Fractional Growth Marketer</strong> to help us build a repeatable outbound pipeline engine.</p><p>We already know:</p><ul><li>who we want to target</li><li>the industries we want to grow in</li><li>the buying triggers that create opportunity</li></ul><p>What we need is someone who can take that strategic direction and turn it into:</p><ul><li>conversations</li><li>meetings</li><li>qualified pipeline</li></ul><p>This is not a traditional marketing role.<br></p><p>This is a <strong>build-and-execute growth role focused on outbound pipeline generation.</strong></p><h2>What You'll Do</h2><p>You will work directly with leadership to build and launch outbound growth campaigns targeting operational and technical buyers in complex B2B environments.</p><p>Responsibilities include:</p><h3>Campaign Development</h3><ul><li>Translate ICPs and buying triggers into focused outbound campaigns</li><li>Develop campaign structure, targeting, messaging, and execution plans</li></ul><h3>Account &amp; Contact Targeting</h3><ul><li>Build target account lists</li><li>Identify and source the right decision-makers and stakeholders</li></ul><h3>Outbound Execution</h3><ul><li>Create and launch outbound sequences across:</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Email</li><li class="ql-indent-1">LinkedIn</li><li>Develop messaging focused on real operational pain points and business outcomes</li></ul><h3>Pipeline Development</h3><ul><li>Generate qualified conversations and meetings</li><li>Track campaign performance and optimize based on results</li></ul><h3>CRM &amp; Process Infrastructure</h3><ul><li>Recommend and help implement a simple CRM structure (likely HubSpot CRM)</li><li>Establish a repeatable outreach and follow-up process</li><li>Ensure activity and pipeline are measurable</li></ul><h3>Sales Enablement Support</h3><ul><li>Assist with lightweight supporting assets:</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Landing pages</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Case studies</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Credibility materials</li></ul><p>Focus is speed and effectiveness--not overengineering.</p><h2>What Success Looks Like</h2><p>Within 60-90 days:</p><ul><li>Outbound campaigns are live and running</li><li>A repeatable outreach process is established</li><li>Measurable response rates are achieved</li><li>Qualified meetings are being booked</li><li>Early-stage pipeline is being generated</li><li>A scalable growth process is in place for internal sales resources to build on</li></ul><h2>What This Role Is NOT</h2><ul><li>Not a social media management role</li><li>Not SEO/content-heavy</li><li>Not a branding-focused marketing position</li><li>Not a traditional marketing manager role</li><li>Not a closing sales role</li></ul><p>This role is focused on:<br></p><p><strong>building pipeline through outbound growth execution.</strong></p><h2>Ideal Candidate</h2><p>We're looking for someone who:</p><ul><li>Has built outbound or demand generation systems from scratch</li><li>Can demonstrate real pipeline/results from past campaigns</li><li>Is highly execution-oriented and moves quickly</li><li>Understands how to reach operational and technical buyers</li><li>Is comfortable building systems in fast-moving environments</li></ul><p>Experience in construction, infrastructure, healthcare systems, field services, or technical B2B environments is a plus--but not required.</p><h2>Engagement Details</h2><ul><li>Contract / fractional engagement</li><li>60-90 day initial term</li><li>Remote / flexible</li><li>Compensation based on experience and track record</li></ul><h2>How to Apply</h2><p>Please include:</p><ol><li>A brief overview of a campaign you built from scratch</li><li>Results generated (meetings, pipeline, etc.)</li><li>Your approach to building outbound pipeline in a new industry</li></ol><h2>Bottom Line</h2><p>We are looking for someone who can:<br></p><p><strong>take strategic direction, execute quickly, and build a repeatable system that generates qualified opportunities.</strong></p>
